Tuscany Photography Workshop – June 2017

Tuscany Photography Workshop

Spend a week living and breathing photography in the timeless Italian region of Tuscany for a personal journey into this land of the eternal moment.

Northwestern Tuscany is an area that is not frequently visited by tourists. Serenely beautiful towns like Lucca (our home base for the week), Barga and Carrara allow our pace to slow. Green, fertile valleys contrast with high, tree-covered mountains, forming an amazing location for photography.

Our Focus - What You Will Learn:

Join my Tuscany Photography Workshop June 17 to June 24, 2017 “Exploring The Eternal Moment" and I'll work closely with you to help you tell your own personal story of Tuscany.  Advance your skills in photography by learning how to make stronger images,  how to see photographically and how to tell a story in photographs. Learn about the thought process that will produce images that go beyond the cliche, all while immersing yourself in Tuscan culture, food and places. We will explore the landscape, the town and cityscape, documentary photography, portrait photography, travel photography and more as we work toward helping you find your own way of seeing.

To make sure you get to concentrate on photography instead of travel details, we arrange and include everything - ground transportation, lodging, meals, extensive instructional materials, guides, tips, etc - you just arrive and immerse yourself in photography and Italian culture. I will push you to go beyond the picturesque and help you discover your own response to the texture, rhythm and spirit of Tuscany.
